As a symbol for the first chakra I’ll use a red ball, because our first chakra affects around the area of our lower body, feet, legs and deals with our ability to stand up for ourselves.
It can feel wobbly when there’s so much stuff you’re not aware of.
“I am here”
Part of my tribe.
And my tribe has its strengths, weaknesses, beliefs, superstitions and fears.
They all are a part of me and that’s the stuff I need to be aware I mean.
At first when I find THAT out I feel like my ground is shaking.
But then a little rebellion in me wants to shake it all off instead.
But it always backfires..
I can’t rebel against something that is inside of me.
They are like vows I’ve made,
even the rebellion one.
A vow to rebel against it all.
And that’s when those vows seem to swallow me whole.
I want to move on.
I desire to be uniquely me.
But there’s no shortcut…
To free myself from the past,
from the fears, weaknesses, beliefs, superstitions and even strengths that no longer serve the person I’m now and I am going to be in the future,
I need to face it all, let go of what no longer serves me and
Keep only what helps me move forward.
