This is part II of FINDING INNER PEACE doodle story.
I started a 40-day drawing challenge inspired by lent.
Just to connect and chat with Love at a time when the world feels scary.

Part IV
Day 9 – 11.3.2022
“Take your body out of the way by doing stuff that relaxes it,” says my heart, and so we lay on the grass for a while.
Mmm…
This feels good!
Day 10 – 12.3.2022
It’s time for a dance break!
Put on your favorite song and let the rhythm sweep you away.
Can it be this simple?
“It sure can!” says my heart.
Day 11 – 13.3.2022
Haha, I should indeed shake my body more often! My dog does this all the time…
“Well, animals are wise, they know how to release tension before it turns into stress,” my heart points out.
All this shaking now makes me laugh!
Day 12 – 14.3.2022
And now I can’t stop laughing once it started.
“Me neither,” snorts my heart.
It looks like laughing is one of the ways to relax and let go too!
Day 13 – 15.3.2022
Ahhh, that was so good!
“So, are you back in your body now?” asks my heart.
Yeah, so this is how being present feels like!
Tell me what else can I do?
Day 14 – 16.3.2022
“Well, here’s the most powerful one,” says my heart…
“Just breathe in, and then breathe out. That’ll do,” she continues as I take deep and nourishing breaths.
Day 15 – 17.3.2022
“Now, give me a hug,” whispers my heart.
From the depths of our embrace I can feel my shoulders drop and time stop.
This is the best!
Go hug someone you love, or give yourself a hug!
Day 16 – 18.3.2022
You know what, I can’t but smile now, I feel refreshed!
“Smiling alone, can take you there too!” says my heart.
So I could also start from here?!
Day 17 – 19.3.2022
My body is now relaxed, but you know what, those monkeys in my mind are running wild. It’s hard to fully relax having this going on…
“Well, now that your body no longer stands on your way, it’s easier to show your monkeys what else they could do!”
I’d love to hear from you in the comments!
