This is a story where Mira has once again fallen in the deep dark pit..
But she has been there quite many times before and that’s why this time everything is different!
Something has shifted…
There’s so much beauty when you are in the deep with your struggle and suddenly hear your heart’s whisper.. And start to play.
The dark pit here represents the struggle – It surrounds you as murky as ever, but you have changed.
With the connection to your heart, you can add moments in your day where it starts to feel playful, joyful and fun to be alive.
You keep on playing and suddenly see that it’s easier to stand on your feet – The mud is gone! You don’t feel stuck anymore, but it is still very raw..
And the struggle is still on…
Do you know the feeling when despite all your efforts to grow and change it still seems like you are stuck at the bottom of that deep dark pit?
It seems hopeless.. And the mud is back again as you cry.
But from the outside here, we can see that Mira’s heart never left her side.. And what’s even more interesting to notice is how the tree on the background quite enjoys the mud..
What do you think – Is this as hopeless as it seems to her?
Yay! Here’s the shift happening!
Mira notices the tree that has gotten really strong while she played with her heart.
Those acts of self-love made its roots grow deep and even though the mudcakes themselves dissolved, the memory of them is staying with Mira, in her heart – Always!
Now she’s ready to climb out of there!
So the most important question,
Wherever you are (under the clear blue sky or down in the darkest pit)
You can ask yourself this:
What makes my heart light up?
Do that or if that’s not possible, dream of it.
Baby steps are the best and that’s how your life will change!
Haha! I think that dark pit is going will filled up with plants before Mira comes across with it the next time!
So powerful are our hearts and dreams!
Keep dreaming and keep doing what feels the greatest for you!
Celebrate your life!
