I wrote and illustrated this book to understand the meaning of cyclical living, and how it had helped me all through my life with my creativity.

I found out how these four phases of creativity (which are Rest – Start – Action – Finish) had always played their part whenever I had accomplished something, and how I struggled with some of the phases (Finishing for example) and how I was really good already with some (Starting new things is so much fun).

But to pull through I needed to learn to handle all of the phases… So I actually created this book for myself as a guidebook that would always bring me back to what really matters, and help me create the life that I wanted to live.

I included journaling questions to help stay on track, and a troubleshooting section for each phase of creativity so that whenever there’s a struggle I’ll know how I can bounce back to Love and keep on going.

And no this doesn’t mean that you need to be in full swing all the time, sometimes the most efficient thing you can do for your project is to rest and to let it rest too!
